Awl – Use for making holes for wire, eyes and legs

More affectionately referred to as a ‘pokey tool’. Includes UK postage. This is a really useful needle felting tool if you want to make holes for eyes, legs, birds feet etc. You can also make a hole through your entire piece and push wire through for arms or legs. I use mine a lot for making holes for part armature projects and I often add wire to the necks of my sheep (so I can change the angle of the head); make a hole in the neck and body with the awl, pop a blob of glue in the hole and stick the wire in place.
