Description
FILLED OR UNFILLED: The filled version is stuffed with wool and ready to use. If you prefer to use rice, order the unfilled version which has a two inch gap ready for you to fill with dried rice, beans, lentils, or similar.
MAKE YOUR OWN: It’s so easy and you can do it by hand, sewing machine, or overlocker. You will receive a 10″ x 10″ piece of best quality hessian for one side, and 100% wool felt (3mm thick) for the other. Just sew the two pieces together, leaving a gap for your dried rice, lentils, or beans. Fill through the gap and once filled, sew up the gap, pop on a protective topper and start felting.
PROTECTIVE FELT TOPPER All mats are supplied with a piece of 1.2mm wool felt topper to cover and protect the surface of the mat and significantly extend its life. This allows you to use multi needle tools with ease, whilst protecting your mat and significantly extending it’s life.

MULTI NEEDLE TOOLS These are ideal for speeding up your needle felting. Especially large pieces, flat felting pictures, ears, flowers etc. It’s also ideal for children as it has a safety guard that retracts every time it is pushed into the felt. SHOP MULTI TOOLS

UK POSTAL CHARGES
All UK orders include delivery and are sent via Royal Mail 48 or 1st class post, tracked on delivery. If you need your item in a hurry, please upgrade to Royal Mail 24 tracked at the checkout.
COMBINED POSTAGE – UK AND INTERNATIONAL
All orders over £55 will automatically receive 10% discount at checkout for combined postage. For all other orders where items can be sent in fewer packages, you will receive a manual combined postage refund; this is usually when there are a lot of items in your order as it is difficult to accurately calculate every combination of products.
PROCESSING TIME
This is the time it takes to prepare your order for delivery: 2-3 working days. Orders are not posted on a Saturday or Sunday.
DELIVERY TIME AFTER POSTING
UK - normally 2-3 days but can be longer depending on the time of year. Royal Mail request you wait 7 working days

Local Currency - your order will automatically be converted to the currency of your country to make your shopping and ordering process much easier.

Flat fee for the first item and reduced fee for each item thereafter. Please see the DELIVERY PAGE for individual countries charges.

Tracking
Your order will be sent with full international tracking via Royal Mail.
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Unless damaged, or wrong order received, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels without tracking.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, if in its original and unopened condition, a refund will be issued.
CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK, INCLUDING EU COUNTRIES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
