Mini: 8 x 8 x 1.5cm (3″ x 3″ x 0.6″) Firm: Perfect travel size or for mini projects. Just pop it in your pocket or bag.
Small : 6 x 5 x 3.8 cm (6″ x 5″ x 1.5″) Firm: Used in all my needle felting kits and can be used for 3D and small flat felting projects.
Medium : 22.5 x 22.5 x 3.8 cm (9″ x 9″ x 1.5″) Firm: Ideal for for 3D and larger flat felting projects.
Large: 30 x 30 x 3.8 cm (12″ x 12″ x 1.5″) Extra firm: Ideal for larger flat felted projects such as pictures.
Always try to use a protective topper which will significantly extend the life of your felting mat.

Best practice:
